Alexandra Kelker has many years of experience in advising and representing insurance companies and industrial groups. Her fields of activity are in particular the judicial enforcement and defense of claims as well as the business-related advice in insurance and distribution law topics. Also, Alexandra Kelker advises freelancers and business leaders in the defense against liability claims and takes their interests in consultation with the liability insurer in legal disputes.
Alexandra Kelker is admitted as a lawyer since 1999 and worked for several years in an international commercial law firm.
She was awarded a doctoral degree in intellectual property law in 2003 by Prof. Dr. med. Martin Schermaier graduated from the University of Münster.
